PC Mortgages represent you and not the lender. Increasingly lenders are providing on-line application facilities, which quicken the mortgage process and reduces, the requirement for extensive paperwork. That said, every PC Mortgages client will receive a formal mortgage illustration detailing the product and any associated fees the lender may charge, a repayment schedule giving an indication of current and future monthly payments as well as a letter outlining the reason why the particular mortgage product was selected for you. Legal completion is not the end of the story. PC Mortgages will endeavour to provide ongoing mortgage advice as your financial objectives and priorities change. Staff qualified well beyond the benchmarks laid down by the Mortgage Code Compliance Board are on hand to deliver advice.
